Divine Light Reiki & Massage



Divine Light Reiki & Massage is a local business that needed a new website design and copy written for their business. After flexing my UX skills, I presented new designs and a content strategy to take their website and business to a new level. This new content design and strategy enhances the business's customer experience and success.


To me, UX design, UX writing, copywriting, and content strategy have improved the customer's journey. It has increased Divine Light's customer reach with organic SEO and a better user interface. This project was more than helping a business; but an exercise in customer wellness and relaxation.

I was asked to create a new website design, copy, and content strategy. This included UX design, UX writing, and adding new features like a blog and booking links. The metadata was also changed to reflect the changes, as the old site had





The Process


Developing a content strategy involved the customer's journey and researching local businesses similar to Divine Light. By doing so, I could write compelling copy that fit the business while keeping original and dedicated to the overall mission of Divine Light.


This project started with researching local businesses like Divine Light and fleshing out the potential user journey from booking an appointment to the end. Ensuring a seamless flow, I used copywriting to present a calm and relaxing journey through the website that reflected the services offered by Divine Light. It came down to: How can I effectively use the right words to convey a relaxing message while giving the customer the call-to-action needed to make an appointment in confidence.

The end result was a minimal website, a new logo, and content designed for the end user searching for the best massage service in town.
