Thermajane/Thermajohn is a brand I worked with early in my career. Their warm, fleece-lined thermal underwear made my work as their copywriter and content strategist much more comfortable. Everything they do, from their products to their service, is an exceptional customer journey in coziness.
To me, copywriting is about the brand experience and the customer journey. I believe the work shown here embodies the Thermajane/Thermajohn brand, culture, and identity.
THE PROJECT
I was asked to create copy for their new website (including blogs) and Amazon product posts and provide copy suggestions for their product and category pages. I also suggested proper copy for their social media pages to increase customer engagement.
